Myth: Sugar causes diabetes
Consuming sugar in moderation, will not be cause diabetes. Vitamins sound like a great idea: a pill that might provide everything that you need to be healthy! How nice it would be if actually be doing so. Myth: You should drink 8 glasses of water a day
Hydration of the body is something very important, but the idea that this is necessary to 8 glasses of water a day is surprising. But water is a calorie-free alternative to other beverages (especially those containing sugar as soda or sports drinks) to people who drink water instead of these drinks, consume fewer calories overall. A good rule is to drink water when thirsty, and do not need to count the spoons.
Myth: Yogurt helps normalize your stomach
It is often claimed that the cream helps with digestion and the weakening of our body because of probiotics - the idea that "good bacteria" that contains cream will be hosted in our bowels. Bacteria are well-connected with metabolism and obesity rates, so it seems logical connection. However, we still do not understand how millions of bacteria in our bodies already work together, before the cream added to the mix. This does not mean that the cream is unhealthy, but that its benefits are overstated. However remember that most marketed today mow filled with sugar, for which we know contributes to obesity and other problems - so if you dislike milk by-product, find one that has fewer calories.
Myth: eating before you drink, keeps us sober
Eating before drinks will help your body absorb alcohol, but it only delays the latter to enter the bloodstream, and do not limit it. Your body absorbs alcohol more slowly after a good dining, so the consumption of foods before you drink something, may help narrow the headaches later. However carefully, not overeating and will help many to slow your drunkenness.
